As the first point of contact for many of our Customers the CSR is responsible for providing effective and professional Customer Service to Customers while scheduling service calls and/ or providing product and service information. Working in a team environment with the ultimate goal to provide an exceptional Customer Service experience for our Customers that exceeds our industry’s expectations. Our CSRs also provide support for our Technicians in the field and work closely with the Manufacturers and Dealers to provide a pleasant overall experience for our Customers.
Education/ Training: Degree: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Prior general office experience and/ or Customer Service experience
